Meetings of U.S. National Group of AIPPI (AIPPI - US)

The U.S. National Group will hold its annual meeting on Friday, October 26, 2007 in San Francisco, California.

Members of the U.S. group recently returned from AIPPI 2006, the 40th Congress of AIPPI, held from October 8 - 12, 2006 in Gothenburg, Sweden.

AIPPI Forum 2007 (October 4-6, 2007) and AIPPI Exco 2007 (October 5-10, 2007) will be held in Singapore.

Questions to be presented at the Working Session of the Singapore meeting include:

Q193 - Divisional, Continuation and Continuation in Part Patent Applications

Q194 - The impact of Co-Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights on their Exploitation

Q195 - Limitations of the Trademark Protection
